Refund & Cancellation Policy
At The Skills Wave India, we are committed to providing quality digital education and mentorship. Since our courses and services are digital in nature, please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.

By purchasing any course or program from The Skills Wave India, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Refund Period
Customers can request a refund within 24 hours from the date and time of purchase.

Refund requests received after 24 hours will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will only be considered if:

The request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
The request is sent from the registered email address to info@theskillswaveindia.com.
A valid payment receipt or order details are provided.
The course has not been substantially accessed or completed.

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Given
Refunds will not be provided if:

More than 24 hours have passed since the purchase.
The customer has attended live training, mentorship, webinars, or coaching sessions.
The customer has accessed a significant portion of the course content.
The customer has downloaded study materials or bonus resources.
The customer changes their mind after purchase.
The customer is unable to continue due to personal reasons.
The customer fails to attend scheduled sessions.
The customer is dissatisfied due to personal expectations after accessing the course.

4. Course Language & Content
Customers are advised to review the course details, language, curriculum, and program information before purchasing.

Refunds will not be granted solely because the customer later finds the course language, teaching style, or content different from their personal preference, unless there has been a material misrepresentation by The Skills Wave India

5. Refund Deductions
If a refund request is approved, the following charges will be deducted:

Payment Gateway Charges – 2%
Processing Charges – 5%
The remaining eligible amount will be refunded.

Registered Email ID
Registered Mobile Number
Order ID
Date of Purchase
Payment Receipt
Reason for Refund
Our team will review your request and inform you whether it has been approved or rejected.

7. Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method, subject to banking timelines.

8. Digital Products
Career Fixx provides digital educational products and services. Once course access has been provided, the customer's activity (such as login history, course access, attendance records, or platform usage) may be considered while reviewing any refund request.
